The Illinois Women's Soccer Association player passes are issued by Illinois State Soccer Association.
After completing your player registration and payment, please send proof of your birthdate to ILStateSoccer@gmail.com. This now applies to all divisions. A scan or picture of any of these forms of ID are acceptable:

• State Issued ID
  
• Driver's License
• Passport
• Birth Certificate.

Finally, please make sure a headshot is uploaded to your player profile. You can do this by visiting your dashboard. If your photo does not already appear, you can click Choose Photo to upload one. You may also change your photo if you want to update it from a previous year.

When the full team has completed their player pass requirements, the team manager can pick up the passes or arrange to have them mailed. To ensure you get them in time for your game, please allow up to 10 days for processing and delivery. Coordinate pickup or delivery with Wilson using the contact information below:
